How do you know?!

Frequently in sessions, people are surprised by the information that comes through.
Granted, some days the information is very pure, and specificity is uncanny. 
When spirit does flow through, they have to pull on, and trigger parts of memory in my mind. The more I pay attention in every day life, the more information can flow through in a session.
Yet, there is also a part that spirit can pull up in my mind, topics I know nothing about and have zero interest in. I still must always remain open...

There are days....

There are days, when there's not a good connection between myself and the spirit world. I've learned not to fuss about it, and I always remind my clients that it's not their fault and it isn't my fault, but sometimes a medium just doesn't quite catch the frequency needed. 
I liken this to a shortwave radio. As a child, I would borrow my dad's radio sometimes and I would scan through the stations. Where I grew up, and during the time I grew up, we only had one radio station, unless we had a fan...

The Value of a Session

It sometimes comes up in conversation that there are those that do not believe mediums ought to be paid for their work, and there are some that feel that some mediums are very expensive.
It is a dialogue I have heard ever since I began working as a medium.

In a realistic world it is not possible for a medium to survive without payment, and a fair payment. One then may think what is a fair payment.
